On 21st March 1976 Noddy Holder attended a race meeting at Mallory Park to present the winner of the Slade Saloon Car Race with an award. (Nod was promoting the Let's Call It Quits single and Nobody's Fools album).
The award was a specially produced Nobody's Fools Gold Disc album. The winner of the race was Tony Sugden who still own the Gold Disc to this day.
